Agna
"Agna - are the benefits of beetroot real?
Deep fermentation probiotic concentrate from beetroot
Beetroot has long been used not only for its taste but also for its nutritional properties. How do people who love this vegetable feel, and are the benefits of beetroot noticeable? To share our experiences, we created the Bioagnos brand and launched Agna, a probiotic drink made from fermented beetroot juice. The product's properties come from two sources: the good bacteria that are abundant in the product and the beetroot.
Beetroot and its properties
Beetroot is rich in vitamins B, PP, C, A, betaine, minerals - iodine, magnesium, potassium, calcium, iron, phosphorus, manganese, cobalt and bioflavonoids. These elements have a positive effect on the condition of bones and arteries, dilate blood vessels, stimulate haemoglobin production and blood circulation. Folic acid (vitamin B9) is responsible for the construction of new cells, giving the skin a glow and elasticity.
Beetroot also helps remove toxins, stimulates liver detoxification, cleanses the kidneys, blood and lymph and reduces acidity, making it ideal for recovering from illness, long-term medication or chemotherapy.
This vegetable is thought to be able to regulate blood cholesterol levels and inhibit the spread of harmful micro-organisms in the intestines. People who eat it say they feel less tired, recover more quickly, are more resistant to illness and have better digestion.
Older people who experience muscle and stamina weakness, have difficulty climbing stairs or doing anything from a standing position, like beetroot for its properties. In a study, drinking beetroot juice increased the participants' muscle strength after just 2 or 3 hours and made it easier for them to perform common tasks.
The benefits of beetroot come from the elements, vitamins and minerals it contains. The direct link between improved well-being and beetroot consumption has not been scientifically confirmed, but one thing is certain: beetroot contains substances necessary for the normal functioning of the body.
Fermented beetroot better than plain beetroot?
Enzymes in the body help to digest food, so fermented beetroot gives up nutrients more easily than fresh beetroot, and the benefits of beetroot for humans depend on how much of the beneficial elements from beetroot are absorbed. For example, the iron in beetroot becomes trivalent during fermentation, which is the only iron that can be absorbed by the human body. Even when beetroot juice is made, citric acid must be added to increase its effectiveness. So drinking beetroot juice or eating plain beetroot is less beneficial than a fermented vegetable.
"Production features of Agna
"Agna is fermented beetroot juice. This means that we first ferment the beetroot in a deep fermentation process and only then make the juice. When fermentation takes place, good bacteria multiply and then grow in this medium, so that when you drink Agna, you replenish your body with active good bacteria.
How to use?
The initial daily dose of Agna should not exceed 50 ml. Only after getting used to it can it be gradually increased according to individual needs.
