They are based on a multi-nutrient medium in which living bacteria thrive, feed and multiply. With these deep fermentation products, probiotic food can be produced - dishes supplemented with live bacteria that are active in the gut.

Our daily diet and lifestyle have a direct impact on the balance of the gut microbiota. BIOAGNA products are fermented beverages enriched with live lacto- and bifid bacteria that complement your daily diet. The bacteria in these drinks remain active throughout the shelf life of the product. BIOAGNA fermented drinks and juices have the naturally occurring valuable properties of food produced in the traditional way using live cultures. It is a natural choice for those who value live and fermented foods in their diet.

Live bacteria concentrated drinks can be added to both beverages and food: flavour cooked, cooled plant-based dishes such as soups, stews, porridges, pancakes, falafels, etc., or add to water, juices, compotes, and drink at mealtimes (when eating not available enriched with a live bacteria drink). When added to cold foods - salads, mixed salads, pureed fruit desserts - if you have the time, you can leave the food to ferment a little.

The amount of live bacteria in the drink should be at least 1 teaspoon per portion of food or 1 teaspoon per glass of drink. The usual dose is 1 tablespoon per food portion. Any unpleasant sensations when consuming the live bacteria concentrated drink are related to the cleansing of the body. If this becomes uncomfortable, simply reduce the amount, but always take at each meal.

We recommend starting with a teaspoon diluted with water to a palatable acidity at each meal (on average 3 teaspoons per day). After a week, increase to 3 tablespoons.
